LeadAdapter

The CRM that starts where your LinkedIn post ends.

Comments, lead pages and tracked links become one lead with one timeline. Move each deal through a pipeline with a value, an owner, a next action and a follow-up date — no spreadsheet in between.

  • 7-day trial, no card
  • Part of LeadAdapter, not another tool
  • EU-hosted · private beta

Capture

Every source becomes one lead

A lead is created the first time someone touches something you own, and that first touch is kept. Later touches are added to the same person, never written over the first.

Post comments

Someone comments your keyword on a post. They become a lead with the comment attached, and your automation can send the DM.

Lead pages

Hosted pages that trade something worth having for an email address. Add a qualification quiz (Fit, Maybe, Not a fit) or a resource hub with several downloads.

Tracked links

Short links that count clicks. A personal link sent in a DM attributes the click to the person it was sent to.

Connections

Connections seen in a verified sync can be imported as leads in New. A connection alone does not indicate interest or marketing consent, and the lead is labelled as an import.

Lead record

Every touch on one timeline

Open a lead and see everything, newest first: where they came from, what they said, what you sent and what they did with it.

  • Commented on a post
  • DM sent
  • Replied to a DM
  • Connection request sent
  • Connection accepted
  • Viewed a lead page
  • Email captured
  • Clicked a tracked link
  • Freebie access requested
  • Note

Nothing on the timeline can be edited or removed — corrections are new entries. Each entry says whether a person, an agent or LeadAdapter did it.

Sales pipeline

A pipeline built for LinkedIn deals

Six stages, from the first comment to a signed deal. Drag a card, or use the stage menu on a phone or a keyboard.

  1. New
  2. Contacted
  3. Replied
  4. Qualified
  5. Won
  6. Lost
  • A deal value in EUR on every card, and each stage’s total at the top of its column.
  • An owner from your workspace, a next action and a follow-up date that turns red when it is overdue.
  • “Follow-ups due” and “Assigned to me” filters, and search by name, email or company.
  • Notes that keep who wrote them. Every move is recorded on the lead’s timeline.
  • Read-only teammates can look without moving anything.

Moving a card never touches LinkedIn and never spends any of your daily sending budget.

Follow-up

Follow up without dropping anyone

Follow-ups due

One filter shows every open deal whose follow-up date is today or earlier. Won and lost deals stay out of it.

Sequences that stop on a reply

A few messages, spaced out, that stop the moment somebody answers. Every message passes the same caps and checks as everything else. Operator plan.

Do-not-engage, everywhere

Block a person, an email address or a whole domain once. Every DM, connection request and comment checks the list — including sends that were already queued.

Integrations

Take it to the rest of your stack

CSV export

Export every lead, the ones matching your filter or just the ones you selected, with source, stage, tags and touches.

Signed webhooks

Send events such as lead.created, lead.email_captured and dm.replied to your own systems, signed so you can verify they came from us.

Your AI agent files leads

On Pro, your agent can file a lead into HubSpot, Brevo or Slack with the sync_lead_to_crm tool. Other CRMs are on the roadmap, not in the product.

Honest attribution

A connection is not consent

  • A connection alone does not indicate interest or marketing consent. Imported connections are labelled as imports.
  • Personal links can be forwarded, so a click is attributed to the person it was sent to — not proven to be them.
  • Freebie access means the resource was requested, not proof that a file was read.
  • Marketing consent is recorded only when the person ticks the box on your lead page.
