Performance

Rolling 95th percentiles measured on the last few hundred requests to each route. A percentile, not an average: the average hides the slow requests, which are the ones anybody notices.

Dashboard response time

target 400 ms

No requests measured in the current window.

Time to first byte on the dashboard, server side. It does not include your network or your browser.

Extension job round-trip

target 300 ms

No requests measured in the current window.

How long our side takes to hand your browser a job and record the result it sends back.

Uptime target

99.5% target

This is the target we hold ourselves to, not a measured figure. We do not publish measured uptime yet: doing so honestly needs a monitor outside this application, and until one exists any number here would be the application marking its own homework.

If something has not run

LeadAdapter never holds your LinkedIn password. Every LinkedIn action runs in your own Chrome through the LeadAdapter extension, so when your browser is closed or the extension is paused, queued work waits instead of running. That is the product working as designed, not an outage, and it will not show up on this page. Your dashboard shows whether your extension is connected.

Separately, and stated plainly: automating LinkedIn is against LinkedIn's user agreement, LinkedIn restricts accounts for it, and no setting we ship removes that risk. If LinkedIn has restricted your account, that is not a platform incident and this page will show everything operational.
